Atlantic Coastal Cruises is a local, family owned business that offer services that include scenic cruises around Killybegs Harbour or trips out to Sliabh Liag to view the magnificent vista of the precipitous 600m high cliffs, wonderful sea stacks, sheltered coves and waterfalls. They also cater for private charters with cruises tailor made for individual groups from school parties to celebrations. 

Sliabh Liag Boat Trips 

Sliabh Liag Boat Trips depart from the scenic little harbour of Teelin, the cliffs loom larger as you approach, and their many layers of stone carved by time and tide are revealed.  This sense of scale is a perspective you won’t get from land and will leave you speechless. 

Beyond the cliffs, the trips are a treasure trove of natural beauty and wildlife. On your adventure, keep an eye out for dolphins following alongside the boat, curious seals or even basking sharks gliding underneath the surface.

Scheduled cruises last approximately 75 minutes and journey up inner Donegal Bay as far as the native seal colony near the mouth of the Laghy River. A tour on the Waterbus makes for the ideal family excursion and is a particular favourite of coach touring senior citizens although they also cater for school trips, private parties, corporate cruises and after wedding parties. Tours depart daily from the Quay during the Summer season. 

Donegal Sea Adventure

Showcasing the  beautiful Islands and coastline of the scenic Rosses area is Donegal Sea Adventure. Operating from Burtonport, they offer a Sea Safari Tour and access to the Islands of Inis Mhic an Doirn, Inis Cú, Inis Froaigh, Íochtar, Uaigh, and Inis Caorach.
