Pretty baked bakery has been open in Donegal town since 2021. Owner & head baker Róisín Gillen is a Michelin trained chef, previously working in (now) two star Michelin restaurant Liath for almost 10years.
Róisíns approach to baking and creating is always about quality, flavour and having fun with it.
Serving a takeaway mix of savoury pastries & flavourful desserts along with the finest coffee in Donegal.

Stacey’s Studio is an official stockist of Frenchic Paint and specialises in upcycling furniture and other items for sale and by commission. Located in the lovely Millcourt Mews since 2021, Stacey’s Studio offers a selection of unique, handmade gifts, locally and sustainably produced, reasonably priced and created with love and attention to detail. Quotes on furniture and other painting projects are free of charge, as is advice for those who prefer DIY. Stacey’s Studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

Jerusha is uniquely paving the way in the high end luxury arena of contemporary and bespoke Irish Fashion Accessories & Textiles Design serving to a worldwide audience.
Jerusha’s Open Artist Studio & Shop situated in the front courtyard of Mill Court Mews is a magical feast for the eyes & soul.
She creates original hand drawn artworks inspired from the local landscape & Celtic Mythology.
In creating a true and original piece of wearable art the completed artworks are translated to digital format and translated onto prints, luxury silks & Linen. The final product is a truly spectacular one. Her sustainable, mindful and wonderfully bespoke ethos results in only taking artworks to print in very small Limited Edition runs creating something very special indeed. 
The luxury silk scarf, a wearable piece of art that you will treasure for a lifetime and more.
